New Year's Eve sexy-mischief plans -- I accepted the invite from a girlfriend, to travel up after-work on 30th and ease into NYE together at her flat in London. Unfortunately, we got so trashed on 30th night [** lesson learnt : `Tuaca' ought to be sparingly sipped in thimble-sized shot-glasses, not necked-down by the beaker-full ] that miss girlfriend declared herself too ill to get out of bed throughout 31st + I'm to leave her alone please ------ so, I came back to Brighton + welcomed-in the NY all alone in sad-n-lonely stylie ...

Long days this week at Superhero Accountant HQ desk.
Preparing personal Tax Returns ----- plus, Company Accounts to 31st March 2010 (a really popular Accounts end-date) have to be finalised & submitted by 31st December.
Yet some non-Superhero Accountants remain closed until 4th January ?! --- and declare rules such as "if the info 's not with me by end of November, we can't offer any assurance the Tax Return will be submitted in time" yadda yadda yadda.
