Leaving the TV on late-night `Kiss' music channel means I wake to hot & sweaty latino Zumba promotions + adverts for contraptions that will `accentuate my core' .
As we move into warmer days, I realise I must get super-buff.

Cardiovascular-endurance ? muscle-progression ? ---- I just want to look good naked ! --- or to be more precise darling --- look even better naked ?!
High-impact aerobics --- one spectator-ticket please --- I'm definitely not taking my suit & tie off.
